I’m the face behind the bake, a gluten-free girly just trying to convince the world that it can actually be delicious!

Sweet P’s is my home bakery born from a love of baking and a deep need for gluten-free treats that actually taste amazing, regardless of whether you’re gluten-free or not. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2015 and, like so many others, I quickly discovered how disappointing the world of gluten-free baked goods could be. Dry, crumbly, flavorless, yet still breaking the bank (if you know, you know!). After years of settling for less, I decided to take matters into my own hands and began recreating my favorite recipes to be gluten-free.

After nearly 10 years of trial & error, countless substitutions & tinkering with different flour blends, I believe I’ve finally cracked the code for some of my favorite treats. What started as a mission to create food I could actually enjoy has turned into a full-blown obsession with creating baked goods that just happen to be gluten free — but still taste incredible. Every recipe is baked from scratch in my dedicated gluten-free home kitchen, using high-quality ingredients and grave attention to detail.

Sweet P’s is for everyone who’s ever felt left out at dessert time — whether you’re celiac, gluten-sensitive, or just here for the flavor, you’re in the right place. No dry cookies. No dense breads. Just ridiculously gluten-free treats you’ll actually want to eat again (and again). Our goal at Sweet P’s is that you taste what gluten-free should be, and that you get tired of saying “yes, it’s actually gluten free!”.
